There are serious uses too! We regularly welcome schools, even collecting and returning excited pupils who may never have travelled on a heritage double decker. It’s an experience they will never forget. For these and general private group visits outside normal opening times we readily create special packages to meet individual needs and always promise our best attention. If your needs are not listed here simply give us a call. Whatever they are we will always work with you to ensure you achieve them. The museum also offers placements for students and occasional work experience opportunities.

Our exhibits provide a vital aid for schools as well as colleges when the time comes for a focus on transport in the past. We even have volunteers as old as some of the vehicles to tell it as it was. Even their younger colleagues listen intently. It’s all a valuable part of the experience.
