Opening Times and Admission
The museum is open on Saturdays between 11am and 3pm as well as the same hours on Wednesdays during school holidays.
Subject to availability, a free heritage bus ride around the local area departs at 1pm.

Card and contactless payments are welcome.
From time to time, the museum hosts specialist events covering a wide range of vehicles and transport. These are advertised in advance and form part of our ongoing educational and community work.
Group visits are welcome outside normal opening hours by prior arrangement. Please contact us to discuss dates and details.

We’re around ten minutes by car from Swansea city centre, just off the A4217.
There is free, limited parking on site, with additional street parking nearby.
By bus from Swansea City Bus Station towards Winch Wen on the following routes:
31 & 34 - nearest stop opposite Tesco Llansamlet (Nantyffin Road)
45 - nearest stop Colliers Arms on Jersey Road A4217

Toilets are available on site during opening hours.
During special events, there are often food vendors or refreshments available, but these are not provided on regular open days.

Facilities
We aim to make Swansea Bus Museum & Transport Heritage Centre as accessible as possible within the limits of our site.
There is step-free access to the main display area, though some parts of the building are not fully accessible.
Please note there is a slope down to the car park, and no accessible toilet facilities on site at present.
